Good afternoon! Join us out on the jobsite as we continue making great progress on our boulder retaining wall and drainage project!

Today, we installed the downspout drainage system along the front side of the home, helping direct water away from the house and foundation. We also have most of the boulder retaining wall completed along the north side of the home.

This project is really starting to come together! Stay tuned as we keep making progress and get closer to the final results!

Take a ride with us as we head back to check on a recent drainage system installation! 💧

We’re taking advantage of the rain this morning to revisit a few of our completed projects and make sure everything is working exactly as designed.

It’s always satisfying getting to see a drainage system in action once we finally get some rain! Seeing that water flowing away from our client’s home makes all the hard work worth it.

Proper drainage is one of the best ways to help protect your home and foundation for years to come. Water is one of the biggest threats to a home’s foundation, and making sure it has somewhere to go can prevent costly problems down the road.

Before & After at Albrecht Field! ⚾️

We were grateful for the opportunity to volunteer our time and equipment on this project for Sandusky Schools at Albrecht Field!

They recently had a beautiful new backstop and netting system installed, which left an area of sod and dirt that needed to be removed and cleaned up.

We came in, removed the existing sod and dirt, and installed crushed asphalt to create a clean, stable walking area with room for future seating.

We’re very grateful for the opportunity to give back to our local schools and help improve a facility that will be enjoyed by athletes, families, and the community for years to come!

🚨 NOW HIRING FALL TEMPORARY POSITION 🚨

C&C Land Solutions LLC is looking to add a part-time temporary laborer to our crew for the fall season!

📅 September through mid November
💰 $15–$25/hour depending on experience
⏰ Approximately 30 hours per week, with the possibility of 40+ hours
📞 On call position hours will vary depending on workload and weather

Position includes general labor involving:
• Landscaping
• Drainage projects
• Excavation work
• Driveways and gravel work
• Property cleanups and other outdoor projects

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, hardworking, shows up on time, and isn’t afraid of physical work.

Experience is a plus, but we’re willing to work with the right person who has a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Before, during, and after! 🚧

Check out the transformation on this crushed asphalt parking pad we installed for our client!

We came in and stripped the existing sod, hauled it away, and prepped the area for a solid base. We then installed woven geotextile fabric before finishing the pad with crushed asphalt millings and a final compaction.

Now our client has a solid, clean parking pad and is ready for the next step building a lean to over top of it!

That’s a wrap on another landscape transformation! 🌿🪨

We came in and removed the old lava rock from our client’s landscape beds, along with unwanted shrubs, weeds, and debris, hauling everything away. We then installed new landscape fabric, cut in a clean natural edge, and finished the beds with fresh decorative river rock.

A much cleaner, updated look that will be easier to maintain for years to come!

That’s a wrap on another great project for a longtime client of ours! 👏

We came in and installed multiple drains throughout the property, tied in the downspouts, and connected an existing drain to help keep water moving where it belongs.

We also cleaned out the ditch and filled in a smaller ditch that was difficult for the homeowner to mow, making the property much easier to maintain going forward.

Another drainage project completed and another longtime client taken care of! 💪
