Last night we finally got to do something we’ve been looking forward to ever since we sign our lease at the shop, a shop warming party for our company.
We threw a BBQ, invited our crew and clients (past and present), and just spent the evening together. Good food, good people, and a whole lot of laughs. It wasn’t just about celebrating the space. It was about saying thank you. Thank you to the team that shows up every day, and thank you to the clients who’ve trusted us along the way.
When the last people headed out and the shop got quiet, my wife and I just stood there for a minute taking it all in. Empty shop. Full hearts. We did it.
Grateful for every person who walked through the door last night. Here’s to the future!

🌟 CREW SPOTLIGHT 🌟
Meet Caeden, a valued member of our crew for the past 5 months—and already someone we’re incredibly proud of.
In a short time, Caeden has come a long way. He shows up every day with a great attitude, ready to work hard and contribute to the team. When we asked what he likes about working here, he said it best: we treat him well, we genuinely care about the whole crew, and we hold the team to a high standard.
Outside of work, Caeden’s happiest spending time with the people he loves—his wife, family, and friends. You’ll find him taking trucks places they probably shouldn’t go off-road, hiking, discovering new mountains and lakes, hunting, and simply enjoying God’s creation whenever he can.
As Caeden puts it:
“I appreciate that our crew can work hard and still have fun doing it.”
