MORE THAN A BUSINESS—THIS IS HOME.

My name is Sherman Faulkner. I’m 33 years old, and I’ve lived in Sand Springs my entire life. This is the town that raised me, the community where I’m raising my family and the place I’ll always call home.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me coaching Sand Springs youth football, basketball or softball. I also try to support other local teams whenever possible through donations and sponsorships.

I’m proud to donate my time by serving on committees for our schools and helping wherever I can. Sometimes that even means pulling my truck over and picking up trash along the road or highway. It may seem like a small thing, but taking care of our community requires all of us doing our part.

Ryan&Rose Solutions has now been in business for six years, and we’ve had the privilege of helping more than 200 homeowners with projects of all different sizes and varieties. Every person who hires us is helping a local business continue investing time, work and resources back into the community.

I care deeply about Sand Springs. I want to see it grow while remaining the close-knit, wonderful hometown I grew up in.

⚠️ Long post warning ⚠️
This weekend was a reminder of just how blessed I am.

For the first time this year, I was able to step away from work and spend an entire weekend making memories with my family. As a small business owner, that’s not something that happens often.

While I was away, our team had two projects running at the same time, one installing a new metal roof and another completely demolishing and remodeling a bathroom with a brand new shower. The best part? I never had to worry.

That kind of peace of mind only comes from having a crew you trust and supervisors who genuinely care about the quality of the work. They take pride in what they do, communicate well, and represent Ryan&Rose Solutions with professionalism every single day.

I’m incredibly grateful for each member of this team. A business isn’t built by one person… it’s built by people who show up, work hard, and treat every project like it’s their own.
