Things are moving fast on this lakeside transformation! We're expanding the footprint of this home to maximize that water-front lifestyle, and the latest milestones are officially in the books:

🏗️ Trusses are set!
🌧️ Roof is dried in!
🛏️ Master Suite sanctuary is framing out!
🛶 Lower-level lake storage is locked in!
We are officially under cover and one massive step closer to completion.

Things are really starting to take shape in Sparta! The 28x35 pole barn officially has a roof over its head, and seeing the scale of this build in person is incredible.

The 12-foot walls give it such a solid presence, but the real game-changer is the cathedral ceiling. It opens up the entire interior, making the space feel massive and versatile. Whether it’s for storage, a workshop, or the ultimate hangout spot, that extra overhead clearance makes all the difference.

We are so thrilled to share an update on our latest remodel project! We are officially framing out our new classroom wing, designed specifically to pour into our next generation.
