Wrapping up a project for a repeat customer in Sanbornton

Paver patio and walkway, concrete pad for hot tub, yard hydrant and water line, loam and Harley raked affected lawn areas

This project follows up from a long and extensive rehab project that this old house has been undergoing. Over the past year we have replaced the septic system, tackled many underground utility projects, poured a concrete floor in the garage, tore out the old driveway and prepped for paving, installed drainage and worked alongside the carpenter leading the charge to complete many other tasks.

Next up is to have the lawn hydroseeded to finish it off

Here is our project from today, a driveway refresh!

We used our Harley rake on the existing gravel to cut out the potholes and washouts, then compacted it with a roller to provide a long lasting product.

Spring season has had me running busy! 🏃‍♂️💨

Here’s two projects we’ve been working on:

Finishing up a house project in Gilmanton we dug the foundation for last fall. Septic install, buried propane tank, deck posts for front and rear decks, carving in the final driveway and parking, loam install and Harley raking to come. This will wrap up phase 1 so the family can move in! We’re excited for them. Plenty of big future plans for this site in phase 2!

This week we worked on some maintenance items and put a septic replacement plan into motion! After a couple long days this 1250/350 tank with pump and Enviroseptic leaching field are ready for inspection. Bypass venting was used to eliminate the need for a 13 foot tall vent stack in the middle of the yard.
