Just finish this little shower/toilet room. If you zoom into the last few photos you will see how I maintained the grain patterns continuously around corners. My intent with this type of installation was for the niche and curb corners to resemble marble chunky/blocks rather than the typical cut tile and grout lines. Also the shower floor was intentionally layers out so there are no cut tiles (like the skinny weird cut tiles you see on most shower floor against the walls. They ended being a weird size like 3.475 inches square but in the end they fit like legos.

We enjoy building all styles and have built everything from Craftsman, Modern, Santa Fe, Colonial, French Country, Frank Lloyd Wright, Rustic, Contemporary, and the list continues. And as always focus on our clients needs and vision and will dive into their style whole heartedly. But my personal favorite for his engineering and architecture has always been Joseph Eichler. We had the fortune of working on another one of his originals recently and even though our scope of work was small and working within small timeline and budgets we stayed true to what he would’ve approved of. He wanted everything like turning on a light switch, or opening a door to be “an experience”. And the simple and almost invisible side gate we came up with hopefully would be something that he’d approve of. While Jeb’s General Construction has gained a lot of attention for our bigger projects in SF, Malibu, and Bay Area, we enjoy smaller projects and do things like this $2,000 fence all the time.
