“I’ve been with Elex for about six months now. My goals with the company are to get my electrician’s license and to continue installing complex green energy systems. In the next five years, I see myself managing massive projects and coordinating with crew leads and management, while also developing a more in-depth understanding of electrical mathematics and project management.
