For nearly 20 years, the homeowners searched for the right home on the Belvedere Lagoon.

When they finally found it, they saw something others didn’t—a chance to create a home centered around family, light, and the water.

Working alongside Schneider Design Associates, our team rebuilt the home from the studs and reimagined the layout to bring the lagoon to the heart of everyday living.
One of our favorite parts of this project wasn’t just the finished result—it was helping a family bring a long-held dream to life.
