What happens when our crew comes across a cracked window at a home? Whether the damage was caused by a rogue golf ball or a bird strike, our policy is simple: we skip it.
While it might seem like a quick task to just gently wash around the crack, cleaning damaged glass is incredibly risky. Applying any pressure could easily make the fracture worse. A small crack might currently keep the rain out, but if we accidentally expand it during the cleaning process, your home could be exposed to water damage during the next storm.
We want to leave your property in better shape than we found it. By skipping compromised windows, we protect your home from potential water leaks and avoid turning a minor flaw into a major headache!

One of the most common questions I get while out on the job washing windows is how we handle bird nests, especially the ones tucked right above front doors.
We absolutely clear away standard bird nests and clean up any mud or droppings left behind on your exterior walls and glass. However, things get a bit tricky when we encounter endangered species like barn swallows. If you have seen those mud nests around your porch, they likely belong to them!
Because barn swallows are an endangered species, we must be very careful. We are not allowed to knock down or disturb their nests unless they are completely empty and uninhabited.
If you have some abandoned nests creating an eyesore, let us know and we will get your entryway looking clean and fresh again.

One question we get asked a lot is: what is the toughest thing to clean off a window? While hard water stains are definitely up there, pollen can be surprisingly difficult to remove!
When pollen mixes with moisture and bakes onto the glass, it can harden and cake on almost like concrete. If you try to pick it off with a fingernail, it can be a real struggle, and we definitely do not recommend doing that. Instead, we use specialized window razors to safely and effectively scrape the hardened pollen off without scratching your glass. It takes the right tools to get your windows perfectly clear again!

We are out in Dripping Springs today doing exterior window cleaning, and one of the most common questions we receive is: "How do you clean windows that are blocked by large plants and bushes?"
You have to carefully work around them! When dealing with big landscaping right up against the glass, it takes a little extra patience. We reach carefully behind the leaves and branches to protect your garden, while still getting every inch of that window spotless. It can be a tight squeeze, but we always make sure your windows shine perfectly, no matter what is planted in front of them!

We are out in Dripping Springs, Texas, today cleaning windows on a beautiful home. People sometimes ask us if there is a difference when working with old glass versus brand new glass.
There is a noticeable difference in the texture. Newer windows, including tinted ones, are significantly smoother. Older windows naturally show more wear and tear, which changes how the surface feels. When we clean newer glass, the surface is much more consistent.

Good luck to the Texas State Football Team!!!

We were commissioned by Mrs. Kinne (coach's wife) to clean windows at the iconic Goodyear on Hopkins.

The old paint had baked on for years and really didn't want to come off. We convinced it to finally leave so that a football player's mother could paint new graphics. It looks awesome!!!
