Here's a huge transformation up on Cabrillo estates from a faded brown with rotten wood to white dove walls and iron ore eves trim and doors came out incredible! Replaced sideing rott as needed painted x2 coats duration/emerald!!

This extremely cute small Los osos home and workshop was originally yellow 20 years ago it was very chalked out we primed it entirely with seal Crete to stop the efflorescence failure followed with 2 coats of emerald rain refresh satin Sherwin Williams newest best product for helping keep exterior painting looking fresh for years to come combined with the emerald color retention its really gonna look fabulous for over 2 decades I also completely recaulked the entire home with dynaflex to insure a quality waterproofing caulking over the previous areas with a elastomeric based filler is how I can warranty it quality isnt a option its a requirement!

This was a true masterpiece a custom beach house in Cayucos we spent over 6 weeks sanding and spraying pollyacrilic satin on alder cabinets trimwork floating shelves and entry / clost doors meticulous work came out stunning with the help of my awesome crew! This is only half the pics!
