Through this grant, TEN OVER was fortunate to work with five local nonprofit developers on feasibility studies to advance affordable and workforce housing efforts across San Luis Obispo. We're very honored to support our SLO community.

Huge congratulations to our partners RootedHomes and CS Construction for our success at the 2026 COBA Tour of Homes.

RootedHomes' affordable housing community at Antler Avenue in Redmond, OR recently took home three awards: Best Feature in Accessibility and Efficiency, Best Landscaping, and Best Value under $400,000. A big kudos to our architecture and landscape as well as our engineering teams for the thoughtful work that made this possible. We're proud of what we all built together.

TEN OVER recently celebrated the ribbon cutting for Rooted Homes at Antler Ave in Remond Oregon, alongside RootedHomes, CS Construction, and the families who will call this community home.

At a time when housing affordability continues to challenge Central Oregon, projects like this show what's possible when mission-driven partners come together around a shared vision. Eighteen permanently affordable homes. Countless opportunities for families to put down roots, strengthen community, and thrive. Thanks to everyone on the team that made this project possible.

We're honored that Discovery Corner Live/Work Townhomes received 1st Place in the AIA Bend People's Choice Awards.

This project started with a simple belief: great neighborhoods need more than homes. They need places that bring people together.
