🔧 HVAC Service Technician
💲 Pay: $28.00–$35.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
Perform preventative maintenance and warranty repairs
Provide exceptional customer service and explain solutions clearly
Maintain accurate service records and documentation
Safely operate company vehicles, tools, and equipment
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC service experience
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Knowledge of HVAC systems, codes, and safety regulations
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and confined spaces
Preferred:
Familiarity with Lennox and Amana equipment
Prior warranty service experience
NATE Certification (Preferred)
Required:
EPA 608 Certification
🔨 HVAC Install Assistant
💲 Pay: $28.00–$34.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
Assist with residential HVAC system and ductwork installations
Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Deliver tools, materials, and equipment to job sites
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
Follow safety procedures and support excellent customer service
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of HVAC installation or related experience (no apprenticeship)
Familiarity with hand and power tools and basic construction practices
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in tight spaces
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Coachable, detail-oriented, and professional
Able to work in various weather conditions
Willing to work overtime, evenings, or weekends as needed
Authorized to work in the United States
