We recently installed this Carrier heat pump and indoor coil for a customer here in San Jose, and we're really happy with how it turned out.

A few things that make a good install:
✅ Outdoor unit on a raised pad, level and off the ground
✅ Refrigerant lines wrapped in UV-resistant tape to handle the sun
✅ Clean electrical and condensate connections
✅ Insulated ductwork for better airflow and efficiency

It also uses the newer A2L refrigerant, which is where the industry is headed.

A heat pump gives you heating and cooling in one system, so it's a great option if you're thinking about an upgrade. 🏡
