We’re excited to celebrate two well-deserved promotions across our team!

JJ’s dedication, strong work ethic, and team-first attitude have made him an invaluable part of our Fresno office. His continued growth and contributions have earned him this well-deserved promotion, and we’re excited to see all that he accomplishes in his new role.

From dispatching crews and coordinating client schedules to ensuring seamless office operations, Daniel K tackles every challenge with unmatched dedication. His top-tier communication, attention to detail, and “can-do” attitude make him an indispensable part of our team, and we’re proud to recognize his contributions with this well-deserved promotion.

HMH is proud to see the San José Municipal Water System Headquarters recognized with a 2026 ENR West Award of Merit!

HMH provided Civil Engineering and Landscape Architecture services from entitlement through construction, helping transform an existing municipal operations site into a cohesive, sustainable campus for the City of San José. The project brings infrastructure, sustainability, and employee experience together through outdoor gathering spaces, drought-conscious planting, biotreatment areas, recycled-water irrigation, tree preservation and mitigation, and thoughtful site design.

The project ultimately achieved LEED Gold certification, creating a functional and welcoming workplace for San José Municipal Water System staff. Congratulations to the City Of San José, Level 10 Construction, Studio G Architects, and the entire project team on this well-deserved recognition! We’re proud to have been part of bringing this project from early approvals through design and construction.

We’re excited to celebrate three well-deserved promotions across our team! 

Milkias has shown incredible versatility, jumping into projects ranging from 880/Montague and San Felipe Road to BART. His adaptability and growing leadership have earned him the title of Senior Technician, and we’re excited to see what he takes on next.

Carissa has continued to grow across projects including Arroyo Road, 237/Middlefield, and Highway 9 Boulder Creek Complete Streets, taking on greater responsibility and ownership along the way. Her growth has earned her the title of Engineer, and we’re excited to see her continue building on that momentum.

Alex has demonstrated steady growth and reliability through his contributions to the BART project and local street projects for Livermore and Union City. We’re proud to recognize his progress with a promotion to Assistant Engineer.
