Watching tracer gas escape out of a break on a pool suction line. This leak was dropping the pools water level about 8” within a 24 hour period. Can you see where the gas is leaking out?

The source of your meter movement doesn’t always have to be a major break on a water supply line. Water loss from multiple little leaks adds up. At least some water wasn’t going to waste 🐐.

Large property laid vacant for a long time. Trashed by squatters. Meter running like it’s cool. Filter pump for a dried up pool running dry. Customer said they walked the grounds and didn’t see a leak. Following the sound of water flowing through the main line led me straight to this gusher.
