🔨 Employee Highlight: Mike Ryan👷🏻♂️
This month, we’re excited to recognize Mike Ryan! With decades of experience in construction and over 11 years at De Mattei, Mike brings an incredible level of knowledge, dedication, and craftsmanship to every project he takes on.
Mike is known for running a tight ship. His jobsites are organized, his standards are high, and his attention to detail is hard to miss. But what really sets him apart is the way he approaches challenges: “It’s not a problem, it’s just a solution I haven’t found yet.” And Mike always seems to find it.
For him, the best part of the job is being able to turn around at the end of the day and see what’s been accomplished. He especially enjoys the unique details and one-of-a-kind solutions that make a home personal to the client. That dedication carries beyond the final walkthrough; many of Mike’s past clients have become longtime friends.
Hardworking, trustworthy, experienced, and always willing to go the extra mile, Mike represents so much of what we value at De Mattei Construction. We’re incredibly grateful for his dedication over the years and lucky to have him on our team.
And when he’s not running a job, you’ll probably find him fishing or enjoying the outdoors, usually after starting his day with a black coffee the sunrise. ☕️🎣
