Not every gate opener problem means you need a brand new motor.

In many cases, the issue can be repaired. It might be a sensor, wiring, control board, battery, limit setting, or another component that is causing the problem.

If the opener is older, has been repaired several times, has serious internal damage, or no longer meets current safety requirements, replacing it may make more sense and save you money in the long run.

At Automatic Gate Mates, we work with LiftMaster gate operators and always try to look at the whole system before recommending what to do next.

Sometimes a repair is all you need. Sometimes replacement is the smarter choice.

Our goal is simple. We want your gate to be safe, reliable, and working properly without replacing equipment that still has life left in it.
