Today, we celebrate Mike Fisher and the lasting impact he has had on Therma.
Under Mike's leadership, Therma navigated a global pandemic, joined a publicly traded organization through Legence, expanded our fabrication capabilities, grew to more than 1,700 employees, and achieved an exceptional EMR of 0.43. Those milestones reflect the steady leadership, vision, and commitment to excellence that have defined his tenure.
As Mike transitions into a new role with Legence, we're grateful for the leadership, dedication, and influence he has brought to Therma and look forward to seeing his continued impact across the organization.
