My latest project. It took (12) 5' - 2 x 6's edge glued with 10 half inch dowels each joint. The template for the design was printed out on a dozen legal size sheets that I taped together. Then cover the wood with shelf paper, then glue the template to the shelf paper. Then cut in the design with an exacto knife before routing out the design with a Dremel tool.
