Tear-out to turnkey on a new equipment pad. ⚡

Demo’d the old slab after hours, cut and slurry-backfilled the utility trench, formed and poured the new pad with stub-ups set, then patched it all back with hot-mix compacted tight to existing grade. Demo, trench, pour, pave — one crew, start to finish.
