Last week, the Paradigm Mechanical and San Diego Refrigeration team had the privilege of returning to the FCL Teen Girls Construction Camp for another year of hands-on learning and mentorship.

Throughout the day, the campers rotated through our HVAC and plumbing stations, where they learned how to:
🔧 Assemble toilets and sinks
🔥 Solder copper by building a San Diego-inspired design
🚰 Discover why a P-trap is essential with a fun marshmallow shooter demonstration

Watching these young women step outside their comfort zones, learn new skills, and gain confidence was the highlight of our week. The future of the skilled trades is bright, and we're proud to play a small part in introducing the next generation to the many rewarding careers our industry has to offer.

A big thank you to the FCL Teen Girls Construction Camp for inviting us back—we're already looking forward to next year!

Bragging Rights 🚧

Not every project happens in an office park or downtown jobsite.

Our team recently completed repairs to an oil-water separator at a remote desert facility, overcoming challenging site conditions to restore the system and successfully close out the project.

The customer shared:

"Your hard work, planning, and teamwork truly stood out in getting the job done. I appreciate you working on this project and getting it completed and closed out."

Great work to everyone involved for demonstrating our core values, delivering quality workmanship, and providing outstanding service from start to finish. 👏🌵

Last summer, we had the opportunity to support the FCL Teen Girls Camp and spend time with an incredible group of young women learning, growing, and building confidence together.

From leadership activities to hands-on experiences, it was inspiring to see the next generation step outside their comfort zones and explore new opportunities.

We’re excited to share that Paradigm Mechanical Corp and San Diego Refrigeration will be partnering with the camp again this year, and we can’t wait to be part of another impactful experience.

We recently completed repairs to the domestic hot water boiler system at a local field house, restoring reliable system performance and improving overall efficiency for a critical facility.

From system evaluation and coordination to installation, testing, and final performance verification, our team worked closely with the client to ensure a smooth turnaround with minimal disruption.
