At Dalley Construction, we treat every client with honesty, professionalism, and quality workmanship. We expect the same level of respect in return.
Our pricing is NOT up for negotiation. Our rates reflect the quality of our work, years of experience, and the time it takes to complete the job correctly.
Any work requested beyond the original scope of work will require a written change order and will result in an additional charge. We do not perform extra work without documenting and pricing it first.
We are not the cheapest contractor, and we have no intention of being. If you’re shopping solely for the lowest price, we’re not the right fit—and that’s okay.
We’re grateful for the clients who value quality, integrity, clear communication, and mutual respect. Those are the relationships we’re committed to building.
