A Story of 2 Solar Installations
Tom had his solar installed by Solar Excellence, a reputable company known for its attention to detail. Jerry, a neighbor, on the other hand, opted for ABC Solar, a newer company that offered competitive pricing.
At Tom's backyard party, Jerry noticed the gaps in Tom's solar installation and couldn't help but remark on him. "Hey, Tom, why did Solar Excellence leave those gaps in your system? When ABC Solar installed mine, there were no gaps at all."
Tom looked up at his solar array, a bit surprised. He hadn't paid much attention to the gaps before, assuming they were standard. "I'm not sure," he replied. "I didn't really notice them until you pointed it out."
Jerry said, "Yeah, ABC Solar did a great job with mine. The panels are all neatly aligned without any gaps. It looks much cleaner."
Tom mulled over Jerry's words, feeling a bit disappointed. He had chosen Solar Excellence based on their reputation, but seeing the difference in the installations made him question his decision.
As the party continued, Tom and Jerry chatted about their solar experiences. Tom thought about what else Solar Excellence might have missed, planning to contact them about his installation.
The conversation sparked interest among other party guests, leading to discussions about the importance of choosing the right solar company. Eventually, each guest asked Jerry for more information about ABC Solar, and Tom was left a little embarrassed.
