Golden Gate Home Inspections is looking for Certified Home Inspectors. Please be InterNACHI, ASHI or CREIA certified. Home Inspection experience is required and construction knowledge is a plus. Further training will be provided to learn our system and how to use specialized tools.

We inspect a wide variety of buildings and structures throughout the Bay Area so be ready to learn and put your knowledge to work.

Home Inspector Duties & Responsibilities will include:

- Conducting inspections on residential and commercial properties
- Creating Reports
- Provide Customer Service to Clients

Skills and Qualifications:

- InterNACHI (nachi.org), ASHI (homeinspector.org) or CREIA Certified
- Good Communication Skills
- Excellent People Skills
- Detail Oriented
- Possess your own vehicle
- Technical expertise and/or background in the construction trades
- Possess your own basic tools for home inspections (list to be provided)
- Tech Savvy (i.e. able to use modern mobile apps and web-based applications)

We provide competitive pay, advancement opportunities and fully assist our inspectors to ensure a satisfying and rewarding career.

Training may be provided for those with a relevant background or those with a strong desire to become home inspectors. This will include guiding you through the certification process with either InterNACHI or ASHI, ride-along's, and on-site training until you are able to take on your own inspections. Pay is reduced during this period until you are able to competently take on your own inspections.

We are looking for motivated individuals who are willing to learn the home inspection industry and we are willing to train the right person.

Golden Gate Home Inspections is hiring Branch 3 Certified Termite inspectors!

If you are licensed or want to learn, please get in touch. You will be performing WDO inspections per Structural Pest Board standards. Please hold a clean license and some experience is preferred.

You will need to interact directly with customers, perform inspections, and generate reports and repair pricing.

Requirements:

- Branch 3 Certification with a clean license (training available for the right candidate)

- Ability to identify wood-destroying pests

- Knowledge of pesticides, rules, and regulations

- Ability to crawl in confined spaces

- Ability to climb ladders

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Clean driving record

- Drug-Free

- Ability to work independently and self manage

Preferred:

- Previous field experience

- Construction Repair and Preservation Techniques
