Randy Deutsch's new book, The Agentic Architect, is out this week and it's already on our reading wall.

Randy has been a friend and thought partner to MMA for years, and this book gets at something we think about a lot: AI in architecture isn't a threat if you're intentional about it. The risk is passivity, not replacement. The firms that do this well will use AI to create space for the work only humans can do.

We've been deliberate about building that kind of strategy here. Highly recommend the read.

Congratulations to on the opening of their Castro Studio. Offering Pilates-focused fitness classes with high-intensity, low-impact, full-body workouts on their custom-built reformers.

We are proud to have helped [solidcore] bring this crisp, beautiful, and unique studio to the Castro Neighborhood and looking forward to continuing our work with the [solidcore] team to rollout future SF locations.
