The interior of the is moving fast!
Sheetrock is up and primed throughout, wood flooring is down, and the rooms are starting to close in, in the best way. Cabinetry is in place in the kitchen, giving that space its first real sense of scale and proportion. Tile and finish materials are beginning to appear across the house. The rough-and-raw phase is behind us. What's ahead is the detail work.

The scaffolding becomes the workshop.
At , the exterior wood-slat cladding is going up one piece at a time, cut to length on-site and nailed into place before the next one is installed. The crew has a full workstation rigged directly on the scaffold platform: saw, tools, materials within reach. No trips up and down. Just a tight, efficient operation repeated across the entire facade.

The stair at the is being built in place.
The steel structure is welded on site with each tread and stringer fitted, tacked, and finished by hand before the next section moves forward. Here, the assembly is mid-process: raw steel, fresh welds, and the first indications of the wood elements that will eventually wrap and define the full assembly. The finished stair will read as one continuous piece.

The is entering its final stages!

Walls are sheetrocked and primed. Wood flooring is down. Cabinetry is arriving and beginning to define the spaces that were, not long ago, raw structure. The kitchen is taking shape most visibly, upper cabinets in dark matte panels anchoring a wall that will soon read as a finished room. Meanwhile, a glazier works overhead at the window line while millwork continues below. Multiple trades, moving in parallel, each carving out their corner of this full home renovation.

The penthouse level at is coming into focus, inside and out.
Outside: a dark standing-seam roof caps a warm wood soffit, with full-width sliding glass that opens the top floor to Pacific Heights sky and city rooflines.
Inside: exposed rafter framing traces the ridge, wide-plank flooring is staged and ready to set, and the bay is already visible through the glazing.

The details accumulating at the top of this build are worth the climb!
