Designed from two 20ft and one 40ft high-cube containers, the layout opens toward the water with a wraparound deck and floor-to-ceiling glazing, creating a quiet connection between architecture and landscape.

Designed to disappear into the trees and let the water do the talking.

Designed using 8 × 40ft High Cube containers, the residence is organized into two private wings connected by a dramatic central outdoor living deck — creating a perfect balance between openness, privacy, and panoramic views.

The layout features 3 spacious bedrooms, including oversized master suites, 3 full bathrooms, and expansive living + kitchen areas wrapped in floor-to-ceiling glazing. Warm wood interiors, resort-style outdoor zones, and seamless indoor–outdoor flow elevate this home well beyond conventional container design — proving that modular architecture can be both luxurious and timeless.
