Before this Mission Terrace home could become the one this family pictured, it needed a stronger foundation.

Our in-house crew reinforced and extended the existing foundation with epoxy hold-down anchors, then framed the home back up from there, all inspected and signed off along the way. No separate structural engineer to chase down, no second contractor to coordinate.

Imagine your kitchen and living room finally working as one space instead of two walled-off rooms.

That's what this San Francisco family envisioned too, and their architect sent them our way because of the structural complexity involved. Our in-house team opened up the floor plan and built a marble-topped island that the whole family gathers around, and they never even had to move out during construction.

This home in the Castro needed more than new finishes; the owners wanted a full transformation.

Getting there meant real structural work first. Framing, subfloor, and floor joists had to be exposed during renovation before any finish work could begin.

Our in-house team handled both halves of the job. The same crew that opened up the floor installed the marble waterfall counters and stacked-stone shower above it. The kind of project where structure and style work together 🛁
