Alexander Nurseries & Garden Designs

Alexander Nurseries & Garden Designs Alexander Nurseries expanded from landscape design, installation, and maintenance to our own private nurseries and growing locations.

Our nurseries include a location in the chilly coastal fog layer of San Francisco and one in the sun of Sonoma County.

We just want to say thank you to all of the new clients and connections we’ve made over the past year.

It’s been really exciting to have new projects coming in and to be planting new gardens and new plants every month. We’ve met so many great people along the way, and we really appreciate everyone who has trusted us with their gardens.

And thank you to everyone who has supported Jai and his rose sales. We’re grateful for everyone who has bought roses, shared our posts, or sent someone our way.

Here are a few of the roses we’ve been growing, selling, and watching thrive.

Our ‘Rare Rambler’ collection will go live August 21st on AlexanderNurseries.Etsy.com!

These incredibly rare ramblers are part of the American Rose Society’s “Save the Ramblers” initiative to help preserve and prevent the extinction of rare ramblers from the Anne Belovich collection.

Featuring five stunning, rambling roses in a very limited stock, this collection is perfect for September planting. Make the most of the fall and winter season by planting your rose next month, enabling it to bloom comfortably in the coming spring. And if you like these, we will have 5 more varieties to release in 2027!

We invite you to register the purchase of limited-edition ramblers on the ARS website to help locate these rare roses in the future. A portion of this sale is donated back to the ARS to fund the initiative.

Make the most of a small space with ANGD!

This small corridor needed a pop of color and thick privacy screening for our stylish clients.

Six years ago we installed purple campanula and red dahlias to provide a cheery greeting against a backdrop of bamboo contained in sleek Corten steel planters, and this is the view today!
