AS SEEN IN DWELL
We’re thrilled to begin sharing our Three Peaks House project, a collaboration with BACH Architecture recently featured in Dwell! This renovation and addition to a 1910 Edwardian in Noe Valley was designed for a growing family blending San Francisco living with their Finnish roots.
Swipe through for a look at the ground-level kitchen, built-in breakfast banquette, and newly added stairwell.

A masterful exploration of material, light, and atmosphere. ✨

Inspired by Turkish baths and imagined through a futuristic lens, FORM + FIELD beautifully pairs softly curved forms with our Limewash, transitioning seamlessly into matching Tadelakt walls and ceilings to create a continuous palette that blurs the line between living and bathing spaces.

A LOOK BACK AT 40 UNDER 40

This past April, Everson was named a 2026 San Francisco Business Times 40 Under 40 honoree — and we’re still taking it all in.

This recognition means so much to our team and everyone who has been part of the Perez Construction journey. Here’s a glimpse of the evening. Full video is live on our YouTube channel — link in bio.

When the tools are gone and the plastic comes off, the room finally speaks for itself. This has been the most rewarding showcase we’ve taken on, grateful for our collaborations.

Bittersweet that the final day of showcase is upon us. Only a few more hours left to experience this transformation for yourself.

The last days of Showcase are upon us and your final chance to visit is this Monday, May 25th.

Three months ago, the top floor of this Pacific Heights Victorian was a discombobulated attic. Today, it’s The Chapel. Lime wash walls in neutral burlap. Full-length millwork. A reimagined fireplace in handmade tile. Breccia di Vendôme marble across the hearth and wet bar. A custom four-shade blue rug tying it all together.

Come experience it for yourselves before it’s gone. 🏛️

BEHIND THE SCENES - Move-in day at Showcase

Three months of planning lands in a single day. Furniture, artwork, a stained glass panel that throws color across the room when the light hits it — and a giant custom rug, made in India, that has to be carried by eight people up a freshly finished stairway without touching a wall.

See the result for yourself. The SF Decorator Showcase House is now open — April 25 through May 25. We’d love to see you there. Link in bio for full video.

The upstairs den presented a challenge: sloped attic ceilings, unusable corners, and west-facing light that deserved to be opened up. The solution became the signature of the space — a wall of custom cabinetry by SnakeCraft that turns dead space into warm, functional storage, wrapping into a sculpted fireplace clad in handmade Zellige tile in a deep juniper glaze.
