Ever wonder what the plumbing looks like under a detached ADU? 🔧

This is the stage most homeowners never see. Before we pour the foundation, the drain lines for every toilet, shower, and sink are laid in trenches and sloped so wastewater flows to the sewer by gravity. The pipes sticking up are where the fixtures will connect, and the black boxes hold space in the concrete for the shower drains.

After the slab is poured, all of this is locked in for good. That's why we don't rush it. Our sister company, Supreme Concrete Group, handles our foundations in-house, so we coordinate the pour around the plumbing ourselves instead of juggling another company's schedule.
