This master bathroom had plenty of potential, but the dated design wasn’t making the most of the space.

We rethought how the room could be used and turned it into a bathroom that feels beautiful, functional, and made for the way the homeowners live today.

Sometimes the biggest transformation comes from seeing what the space could be. What would you change about your bathroom?

remodeling your house in San Diego… and first, we need to deal with what the last contractor left behind.

The last two homes we’ve remodeled both had major issues from previous contractors involving the foundation. At this home, the previous contractor put a bunch of boulders beneath an added patio. Now they’re in the way of the new addition we’re building.

It’s a frustrating surprise for the homeowner, but it needs to be addressed before we can move forward. We’ll show you what we found and how we’re fixing it.

Are materials organized and debris contained, or is everything scattered out front?

How a crew manages the job site can give you a glimpse into how they manage the project. A messy curb doesn’t tell the whole story, but it’s a reason to ask more questions before trusting them with your home.

New flooring covered up a problem we now have to fix. 🏠

The previous contractor installed flooring over the existing floor, leaving everything uneven. What was supposed to be a kitchen remodel and home addition now includes tearing out all the flooring, leveling it properly, and laying it back down.

That’s extra work the homeowners weren’t planning on. Getting it done right the first time matters.
