Some people answer the phone. Brooke builds relationships. ❤️
Today, one of our customers left us a voicemail that stopped us in our tracks.
She wasn’t calling because she had a question.
She wasn’t calling because there was a problem.
She called just to tell Brooke:
“Thank you for your message, Brooke... your sweetness and giggles make me smile.”
That right there is who Brooke is.
She is the first voice so many of our customers hear. She remembers names, celebrates victories, listens when people are overwhelmed, and somehow finds a way to make every conversation feel like you’re talking to a friend.
