Our SURF and Housing Council members recently explored From Vulnerability to Value, a new risk mitigation playbook developed by JLL, ULI, The Resiliency Company, and Ryan Companies.

Through an interactive exercise, participants tackled climate challenges, developed design solutions, and explored the business case for sustainability and resilience.
The takeaway? Going beyond code can help projects manage risk, protect long-term value, and stay competitive.
