Walk your property like you have never seen it before. Not as the person who has driven past that entrance hundreds of times. As a resident's guest pulling in for the first time.

What do they actually see?

Is the entrance clean and welcoming? Does it make people say, “wow, this is so nice!” OR…

Are trees creeping over the signage or the lighting? Do the high traffic areas still look intentional after a long summer? Which corners got overgrown so gradually that nobody registered it?

That’s why we wanted to share.

So walk it with a different question in mind. Not "what is wrong here," but "what needs attention now, what should get scheduled, and what belongs in next year's budget?"

Because a tree that needs trimming is not automatically an emergency. While the entry way might be the thing that actually needs a total refresh.

Here is something most landscapers won’t say: the rock is the cheap part 🚚 (in most cases)

Here are other factors that drive up the cost of a landscaping project.

Rock is heavy, and heavy things cost money to move.
Freight comes down to how far it rode to reach you, which means two rocks that look nearly identical in a photo can price completely differently based on which pit they came out of.

So ask where the material is coming from. It tells you more than asking the price does.
