Yesterday, MDD Homes passed final inspection for our next showcase mega model, The Industrial Ranch House. Retired field superintendent, Daan Ziljstra, came back to do this last building inspection and get our last hurdle out of the way. An 18 month process of complexity and challenges is no easy task but it is finally completed. For more than 30 years, Daan has worked in the county of San Diego procuring Certificate of Occupancy for many residential projects. Truly becoming a master of his craft, it is appropriate that his last project was where MDD all began: Artesian Rd.

Now, MDD will begin to finish the last few stages before our official grand opening reveal. Stay tuned!
