Re gutted and remodeled this 40 year old bathroom that our client absolutely hated in to a luxurious, modern bathroom. The most expensive toilet I’ve ever installed also 🤣

Sometimes a bathroom update starts with a full teardown. For this San Diego home, we protected the path to the upstairs bath, then carefully removed the old double vanity, sinks, and countertop. Every step, from disconnecting plumbing to hauling away debris, was planned to keep the rest of the home clean and safe.

Next, we assembled and installed a new three-cabinet vanity, making sure it fit the original space perfectly. We patched and textured the walls to prep for the homeowner's paint, and upgraded the plumbing with new angle stops—testing everything to confirm there were no leaks.

Seeing the transformation made all the effort worthwhile. Thinking about a similar update? Let’s talk about your ideas.

Sometimes adding a new appliance means much more than just plugging it in. For this San Diego kitchen, we converted a 24-inch cabinet next to the sink into the perfect spot for a new dishwasher.

We carefully removed the old cabinet, dealt with a few tricky plumbing and drain issues, and installed a fresh pull-out faucet and matching water spout. After some adjustments and leak checks, everything worked smoothly. The new dishwasher, fixtures, and upgraded disposal all fit right in with the existing setup.

Seeing everything run without leaks at the end is always a win. Thinking about a kitchen update? Let’s make it simple.

A blank canvas can feel both exciting and overwhelming. For this bedroom in Del Mar, we took it from plain walls to a refreshed, inviting space ready for new memories.

We painted the walls and trim a soft blush tone, added oversized crown molding for extra character, and prepped the ceiling so it’s ready for future wallpaper. Careful steps included patching drywall, repairing corners, and removing an old security camera with all wiring safely finished. Furniture was shifted and covered, and every surface got two finish coats for a smooth look.

Seeing a room come together like this is always rewarding. Ready for a space refresh? Let’s talk.
