Happy Father’s Day to all the dads out there who work hard, lead their families, build their dreams, and protect what matters most.

Today, we’re celebrating both family and progress.

We’re excited to share that we’re approximately halfway through the front section of our Eucalyptus Hills project. The framing is complete, the shear walls are installed, the posts and brackets are in place, and we just passed our roof inspection. Next up, the roof will be covered, bringing us one step closer to turning this vision into reality.

There’s something incredibly rewarding about watching a project take shape from plans on paper to a structure that will serve a family for years to come.

To all the fathers building businesses, building homes, building families, and building legacies—today we celebrate you.

🚧 BIG PROGRESS happening at Semper Remodeling & Construction! 🚧

We’ve officially got the subfloor installed, our exterior walls are starting to go up, and we passed another inspection this morning! 💪🔥

Now the project is really beginning to take shape. Framing is moving quickly while plumbing work is happening simultaneously to keep this beautiful 1,400 sq. ft. addition on track. And this is just the beginning…

This property will also include a brand-new ADU and storage unit, creating incredible added value and functionality for the homeowner.

We’re excited to continue sharing the journey with you step by step as this transformation unfolds.

Big progress happening here at Semper Remodeling & Construction. 💪🏽

We removed massive amounts of dirt to create the crawl space, poured the footings and stem wall, installed the bottom plate, and now we’re moving into the floor joists.

And these are not light duty — we’re talking 2x12 floor joists built to carry this addition the right way.

One side of the house is opened up for the rim joist installation, and on the other side, the cripple wall is up and ready for the next phase. Once inspection is passed, the subfloor goes in and this project really starts taking shape.

A lot of hard work, planning, and dedication has gone into this build — and we’re just getting started.

Concrete doesn’t lie… and today it showed up BIG. 💥

Three massive trucks pulled in and got to work pouring our footings and 6-inch slabs—locking in the foundation for something special. This includes the landing for a future interior staircase that’s going to completely transform this home.

Right now, we’re building strength you won’t see later…
Footings poured. Stem wall underway—tied directly into the foundation for maximum support.

Next step? FRAMING.
And that’s when this project really starts to come alive.

Most people only notice the finishes… but THIS is where the real quality is built.

👉 If your contractor cuts corners here… you’ll pay for it later.

Progress update from East County 🔨

We just wrapped up the foundation for this new addition—about 10’6” x 22’ right in front of the garage. Rebar is set, dobies are in, base is prepped, and footings are ready to go.

We just passed our foundation inspection—not easy, but we got it done.

This is where the vision starts becoming reality… and we’re just getting started.
