This week’s heat will be felt across jobsites throughout San Diego County.

For crews working outside, preparation matters. Drink water before you feel thirsty, keep an eye on the people working beside you, and never brush off dizziness, nausea, weakness or confusion.

Heat illness can escalate quickly. If someone becomes confused, begins slurring their speech or loses consciousness, call 911 and begin cooling them immediately.

Good work starts with crews who are prepared, alert, and looking out for one another.

This 25,000-square-foot industrial building was repositioned as a high-end, tenant-ready flex property built for future leasing activity.

The completed improvements include upgraded offices and restrooms, a custom mezzanine breakroom, a new warehouse restroom, refreshed warehouse finishes, targeted repairs, and reinforced protective bollards.
