Tijuana Sets a New Industrial Benchmark 🏭📈🇲🇽

Meor, a Tijuana EDC member, has completed the largest industrial lease in Tijuana's history. A milestone that speaks to the region's growing competitiveness and its rising profile as a destination for global manufacturing and logistics.

The transaction secures a 700,000+ sq. ft. facility leased to Daikin Applied Americas for the production of advanced HVAC and data center cooling solutions, reflecting the accelerating demand for specialized industrial infrastructure across the CaliBaja corridor.

El arrendamiento industrial más grande en la historia de Tijuana fue concretado por MEOR, socio de Tijuana EDC, reafirmando a Baja California como un punto estratégico para la atracción de inversiones de alto valor.

Más de 700 mil pies cuadrados fueron arrendados a Daikin Applied Americas para la instalación de una planta dedicada al desarrollo de soluciones avanzadas de climatización (HVAC) y sistemas de enfriamiento para centros de datos.
