Seeing a bathroom ceiling opened up with exposed pipes and framing can be a real headache for any homeowner.

For this project in San Diego, we walked in to find a large section of drywall removed, leaving the ceiling looking rough and unfinished. We started by protecting the space, then repaired the damaged drywall, taking time to tape, texture, prime, and finally paint the entire surface. The result is a ceiling that blends in seamlessly and brings the bathroom back to its best.

Faded gates can really take away from a home's entrance. This project in Rancho Santa Fe needed a full refresh after years of sun and weather.

We carefully sanded down the main entry gate to remove the old finish, then replaced the copper cap for a clean look. A deep stain was applied and sealed with two coats of clear gloss, bringing out the wood’s grain and adding a rich shine. The wrought iron details were also repaired and coated with oil-based paint for extra protection against rust.

Cracked stucco around the base of a home can let in moisture and cause bigger issues down the line.

We started by protecting the concrete and nearby areas, then removed all the loose stucco to get down to a solid base. After applying a bonding coat, we finished with new stucco and matched the existing texture so the repair blends right in.
