Our experience in multifamily housing has benefitted the bottom line of many clients with workforce, affordable and market rate housing projects. Including over 2000 units, many over concrete structured podiums and within mid-rise and high-rise concrete buildings. Commercial project experience includes; City Civic Centers, Police Headquarters, Health Care, Sea Water Wet Labs, Administrative Headquarters, and Educational buildings.

Our clients deserve experienced people who keep your best interest at heart every day. Our past and present clients confirm our crews work together so well it is difficult to know who works for Highland or the client.

We are well known for local business outreach beginning in 1983 and continuing with our first projects in 1993.

Acqua Vista was a landmark project. Structural steel, a finished courtyard, a rooftop pool that became a signature of the neighborhood.
