☀️ THIS IS SUNRAY ☀️

Every day, our technicians head out to take care of the pools our customers trust us with.

It may look like just cleaning a pool, but to us, it’s about so much more — showing up, doing the job right, and taking pride in what we do.

We’re proud to be a family-owned San Antonio business serving our community since 1983.

And while our look may be getting a refresh, our commitment to our customers hasn’t changed. 💙

🏊‍♀️ POOL TIP TUESDAY - 🍂 Falling Leaves = Check Those Skimmer Baskets!

It’s that time of year in San Antonio when the leaves start falling—and that means your pool skimmer can fill up FAST!
And as you can see… sometimes you never know what you might find in there! 😂🦝

A full skimmer basket can restrict water flow and put unnecessary strain on your pool equipment. Taking a quick minute to check and empty your skimmer basket between service visits can help keep your pool running properly.

🍂 Our tip: During heavy leaf season, check your skimmer basket more frequently—especially after windy days.
And remember… we’re happy to take care of your pool, but we’d prefer to leave the wildlife outside! 😂

🌧️ RAINY WEATHER POOL REMINDER 🌧️

Don’t panic if your pool water level is high!
With all the rain we’re expecting, your pool may get much higher than normal. A high water level by itself will not hurt your pool. Your pool is designed with an overflow to help manage excess water.

💧 When should you remove water?
If the water level is getting high enough that you’re concerned about water flowing toward your house or into areas where it could cause a problem, you may want to remove some water.
If your pool has a backwashable filter, you can lower the water level by backwashing the filter. (If you have a cartridge filter, please contact us for the best way to lower the water.)

🌧️ WHAT WE’RE DOING TODAY:
Our technicians are working today, but because of the weather and safety precautions, they are limiting service to:
✔️ Emptying skimmer baskets
✔️ Adding necessary chemicals
We’ll take care of the rest once weather conditions allow us to safely perform full service.
Please be patient with us as we work through the weather, and most importantly, stay safe!

Today, we pause to remember September 11, 2001 — a day that changed our nation forever.

We remember the innocent lives lost, the families who were forever changed, and the brave first responders, firefighters, police officers, military members, and everyday Americans who showed extraordinary courage in the face of unimaginable tragedy.

Twenty-five years later, we continue to honor their sacrifice and remember the unity, strength, and compassion that followed.

🇺🇸 We remember.
🇺🇸 We honor.
🇺🇸 We will never forget.

Hey, folks! They're almost always around but keep your eyes open for snakes and other critters that bite when doing yard or pool work. One of our technicians found this rattlesnake at one of our customer's pools.
