This is Loop 410 at Fredericksburg Rd. looking westbound ca. 1960 (photo courtesy of TxDOT) and a recent view. This section of Loop 410 opened as Loop 13 in 1958 as one of the first full freeway segments of the loop to be built, and was re-designated as Interstate 410 in 1960.
