🚨 Storms don’t wait on insurance companies.
This homeowner filed their insurance claim about 3 weeks ago and is still waiting to hear back. With bad weather expected tonight, we came out to help protect the home from further damage while the claim process continues.
Today we:
🔨 Made temporary emergency repairs
💧 Sealed exposed/problematic nails
🛡️ Installed a synthetic tarp to help protect the roofing system from incoming rain and wind
As a homeowner, it’s important to take reasonable steps to prevent additional damage while your claim is being reviewed. That’s where having a roofer you can call can make a big difference.
Important: I’m not a public insurance adjuster and I don’t represent homeowners in adjusting or negotiating insurance claims. But I do have experience working alongside insurance companies during the roofing process, documenting roof conditions, providing estimates, completing repairs, and replacing full roofing systems when appropriate.
Have questions about the roofing side of the insurance process? Reach out. I’m happy to share what I know and help you understand the next steps from a contractor’s perspective.
