Elizabeth keeps a lot of the details behind our projects moving, including material orders, time tracking, RFIs, submittals, safety documentation, subcontractor coordination, and daily reporting. Juan identified a discrepancy in anchor bolt placement between the civil and building drawings, catching a potential issue before it could impact the project. His attention to detail and willingness to speak up are exactly the qualities we value in our team. SCS is on the ground in Gillette, Wyoming, supporting mining operations across the region. And we’re already getting involved locally, putting an SCS truck to work pulling the high school football team through their parade. Our Mining Maintenance team is here, working, and ready to support the Wyoming mining industry.

A well-deserved SCS Cultural Excellence Coin for Gerardo Vidal Giron, better known to the crew as “Oaxaca”! Oaxaca recently identified a potential slip-and-fall hazard involving anchor bolts in his work area, helping keep the crew safe. Beyond that, he regularly volunteers to lead morning Stretch & Flex and took on today’s safety meeting in English while working on learning the language. We appreciate the effort you put in every day, Gerardo. Keep it up!
