When’s the last time anyone actually looked at your roof? 👀

We were on this tile roof this week and found cracked and broken tiles all over — corners snapped off, tiles split clean through. From the ground? This roof looks fine.

That’s the problem with tile roofs. The damage hides until water finds its way in, and by then you’re not fixing tiles — you’re fixing decking, insulation, and drywall.
