TX Plant Mom & Dad Community My husband and I are beginning gardeners with a growing obsession for plants and all things green.

Based in Central Texas (Zone 8B), follow us as we travel around the US to grow our collection, despite this Texas heat! TX Plant Mom is a welcoming plant community for indoor and outdoor plant lovers of all levels — from beginners learning their first watering schedule to seasoned collectors growing rare and variegated plants. Rooted in Texas, this page is all about real plant life, both inside the home and out in the garden:
🌱 houseplants & outdoor plants
🌱 plant care tips for all seasons
🌱 propagation, rehab & problem-solving
🌱 new growth wins & plant glow-ups
🌱 local plant swaps & small sellers
Whether you’re growing monsteras in your living room, tending tropicals on the patio, or learning what survives Texas heat and freezes, you’ll find support, encouragement, and plant friends who actually want to see you succeed. This isn’t a “perfect plants only” space — it’s a place to learn, share, and grow together.
✨ Beginners welcome
✨ Questions encouraged
✨ Plant moms, dads & everyone in between
Follow along, join the conversation, and let’s grow something beautiful — indoors and out 🌿💚

🍂 That’s a Wrap for the Season! 🍂

The TX Plant Mom Plant Stand is officially closing up for the season!

A HUGE thank you to everyone who stopped by, swapped plants, donated, shared cuttings, or simply supported my little plant-loving community!
Your kindness and participation made this season so special!

🌱 But just because the stand is going away doesn’t mean the plants are!

I still have plenty of plant babies tucked away in my greenhouse and throughout my house! So if you’re looking for something specific to buy, trade, or even get a clipping of, don’t hesitate to shoot me a message! I’m always happy to talk plants! 💚

The stand may be taking a winter break, but this plant mama definitely isn’t! 😂🌿

Thank you again for another wonderful season! Stay warm, keep those plant babies happy, and I’ll see you all next spring! 🌸🪴
