I want to sincerely apologize to anyone who has been affected by delays in my schedule or by a lack of communication. Over the past several months, my workload became far more overwhelming than I anticipated, and I struggled to keep up with the demands of multiple projects.

Please know that I never intentionally skipped anyone's job or ignored anyone's calls or messages. My failure was in not communicating better when I realized I was falling behind. I understand how frustrating and disappointing that can be, and I take full responsibility for it.

I truly value the trust you've placed in me and my company. My goal has always been to provide quality work and stand behind my commitments. I am actively working through my schedule, improving my communication, and making things right with every client.

Thank you to those who have been patient and understanding. If I owe you an update, please reach out, and I will personally respond with the status of your project and a realistic timeline.

Again, I am deeply sorry for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused. I appreciate the opportunity to earn back your trust.

Sincerely,

Jonathan Merritt
