This one took some serious prep. The original concrete was buried underneath multiple layers of failed paint, so everything had to be removed before we could build the new system from the concrete up.

Then came the fun part. 🎨🔥

🚧 Project Update – Kerrville, TX! 🚧

The transformation is moving right along! 💪

After completely removing multiple layers of failed floor paint and preparing over 5,200 sq. ft. of concrete, today was all about building a flooring system that's made to last.

✅ Moisture V***r Barrier (MVB) basecoat application
✅ Full broadcast flake installation
🎨 Color: Gravel

The MVB provides an added layer of protection against moisture while creating the ideal foundation for a high-performance floor. Once that was in place, we completed a full broadcast of the Gravel flake blend, creating a durable, seamless surface designed to withstand years of heavy warehouse traffic.

It's amazing to see this floor go from worn-out and failing to a professional flooring system that's built from the ground up.

🔥 Tomorrow is the final step! We'll be scraping, vacuuming, and applying our premium polyaspartic topcoat before sharing the finished walk-through.
