🏗️🔥 50 FEET UP — ONE INCREDIBLE TRANSFORMATION! 🔥🏗️

🎉 FINAL REVEAL — CUSTOM STAMPED & ENGRAVED BALCONY! 🎉

Remember that balcony project where we pumped lightweight concrete nearly 50 FEET IN THE AIR? Well, here's the finished masterpiece! 😎

This project was anything but ordinary, and the amount of work that went into creating this custom decorative finish makes the final result even more impressive!

💪 LET'S BREAK DOWN THE TRANSFORMATION!

🏗️ STEP 1 — LIGHTWEIGHT CONCRETE POUR

We started by using a line pump to deliver lightweight concrete approximately 50 feet above ground level, creating the foundation for our decorative system.

🪨 STEP 2 — STAMPED CONCRETE OVERLAY

Once the new concrete was ready, we installed a decorative stamped overlay to create the texture and appearance of natural stone.

📐 STEP 3 — CUSTOM ENGRAVED SLATE DESIGN

Here's where the real craftsmanship came in!

We hand-created a beautiful random slate pattern with a custom engraved border, giving the entire balcony the appearance of individually laid natural stone.

🎨 STEP 4 — CUSTOM STAINING & COLORING

This wasn't just a single-color stain job!

We used a beautiful combination of THREE colors to bring the design to life:

🤎 Taupe — Main base color
🧡 Clay — Warm accent tones
🌳 Teak — Rich contrasting accents

The combination creates incredible depth, natural variation, and character throughout the individual stone patterns!

✨ THE FINAL RESULT?

A completely custom, stone-inspired balcony finish that looks nothing like the plain concrete we started with!

🔥 Custom craftsmanship
🔥 Natural stone appearance
🔥 Beautiful color variations
🔥 Decorative engraved borders
🔥 One-of-a-kind finished design

Projects like this are exactly why we love what we do. From the technical challenges of placing concrete 50 feet in the air to the artistic details of the finished design, we handled this transformation from the ground up!

💥 SOLUTIONS FOR ANY PROJECT. ANYWHERE. 💥

🔥 KERRVILLE PATIO TRANSFORMATION! 🔥

Sometimes you don't need to cover concrete to completely change the way it looks! 👌

For this patio and step project in Kerrville, TX, we transformed the existing concrete with a custom decorative stain and hand-cut design.

🧼 Thoroughly cleaned & prepared the existing concrete
🎨 Smith’s stain system in Antique Gray & Black
📐 Hand-cut custom 2.5' tile grid
🖤 Contrasting colors to bring out the pattern
✨ Finished with a protective concrete sealer
🏡 Patio AND steps tied together for a complete finished look

The hand-cut grid adds a ton of character, giving the existing slab the appearance of oversized custom tile without losing the natural variation that makes stained concrete so unique.

A great example of how the right combination of COLOR + DESIGN + DETAIL can completely reinvent an existing concrete space! 🔥
